What is 'Agile Management'

It supports Business Process Engineering (BPsE) and Continual Process Improvement (CPI) management activities. During BPsE, management should be looking for efficiency and /or effectiveness gains in the range of an order of magnitude. During CPI, an organisation will be continually striving to seek incremental improvement in the way that they work.
